Stage

• Four chairs without armrests
• Four adjustable music stands
• Stage manager required for light-setting

Complimentary tickets

Ten tickets per performance

Local transportation

One van or two sedans. Round-trip between airport and hotel, and between hotel and concert venue.

Rehearsal time

A block of 6 hours (or two blocks of 3 hours) for tuning, rehearsal and light-check. Preferably the day before the performance.

Accommodation

Four single rooms. Accommodation is required the night prior to the first performance.
